Shipping Policy Nationwide

We ship only within New Zealand using NZ Post.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday, to minimise the number of days in transit. Only local orders are dispatched on Thursday. Local means Nelson, Richmond and selected areas in Tasman.

Shipping is calculated during checkout, and we will provide tracking information for all orders.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within two business days.

During the holiday season there may be delays out of our control but will keep you advised.

ALCOHOL SENDING REQUIREMENTS

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18. Delivery drivers may ask for valid photo ID from anyone who looks under the age of 25. Valid means a clear, undamaged photo and not expired. Accepted forms of photo ID includes NZ photo driver’s license, international passport and the Kiwi Access card.

Alcohol cannot be delivered on ANZAC day before 1pm or on Christmas day, Easter Sunday or Good Friday.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone who is intoxicated. Drivers will use their own judgment and official guidelines to assess this, and may withhold delivery if they believe recipients are intoxicated.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone in school uniform, regardless of their age.

Alcohol will not be left without a signature or unless they are supremely confident that it is a safe place to leave it. Drivers will not leave alcohol with minors or in a place where minors may access the alcohol.

If the recipient is in violation of any of the above requirements, the package may be returned or destroyed at the buyers expense.
