Return/Exchange Policy

Due to Food Safety regulations, we are unable to exchange perishable products including all alcohol beverages.

If you have a problem with our perishable products, please email us at with your order number, the item's batch number and a detailed description of the problem. We will assess it and issue a credit refund if we feel it is not up to our standards.

For all other products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange it. We will provide you with instructions on how to do so.
