Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to the South Island of New Zealand only using NZ Post.

All courier orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday, to minimise the number of days in transit. 

We will try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please be aware that we are a very small business with limited staff. If we can not dispatch your order within a week we will let you know and offer a refund.

There is a bulk order local delivery option available for puchasing 8 or more riggers for delivery in urban Nelson area, and 10 or more riggers for delivery in Richmond area. We aim to deliver these orders within a week as well. Please note that more remote areas like Atawhai, Marsden Valley, areas in Richmond closer to Hope or past Berryfields may take longer to deliver. As we try to make these delivery ourselves, if we feel we can not deliver to your area we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping is calculated during checkout, and we will provide tracking information for all courier orders.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays.

 

ALCOHOL SENDING REQUIREMENTS

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18. Delivery drivers may ask for valid photo ID from anyone who looks under the age of 25. Valid means a clear, undamaged photo and not expired. Accepted forms of photo ID includes NZ photo driver’s license, international passport and the Kiwi Access card.

Alcohol cannot be delivered on ANZAC day before 1pm or on Christmas day, Easter Sunday or Good Friday.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone who is intoxicated. Drivers will use their own judgment and official guidelines to assess this, and may withhold delivery if they believe recipients are intoxicated.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone in school uniform, regardless of their age.

Alcohol will not be left without a signature or unless they are supremely confident that it is a safe place to leave it. Drivers will not leave alcohol with minors or in a place where minors may access the alcohol.

If the recipient is in violation of any of the above requirements, the package may be returned or destroyed at the buyers expense.
